With the spice rub-seasoning, it can be used as follows:
Dry – 5g/ 1teaspoon per 250g portion of meat/ fish. Use fresh lemon to lift the flavours; Use sauce to reinforce.
Some ideas in using the dry version: to sprinkle over pasta/ popcorn/ omelettes/ making biltong/ jerky etc
Wet – 10g/ 2teaspoon +30ml Oil/ water/ wine per 500g portion of meat/ fish. Use fresh lemon to lift the flavours; Use sauce to reinforce.
