Sparrow’s Maltby Street Bloody Mary
To 800 ml quality tomato juice add;
15ml African Volcano peri peri sauce
15ml Reiner’s tomato vinegar
a good pinch of ground pepper
a good pinch of sea salt
25ml Lea & Perrins Worcestershire sauce
a good teaspoon of horseradish sauce
30ml lime juice
and stir very thoroughly.
Fill a good size rocks glass with ice and pour over 50ml of Sparrow London Dry Gin.
Add the tomato juice mix and fill to the top of the glass. Sprinkle a little extra freshly grated horseradish on top.
Slice a cherry tomato halfway and fit over the glass rim and add a washed and sliced stick of celery, preferably with some leaf still attached. Add a red and white striped paper straw!
