About African Volcano

Multi Award-winning Mozambique-style peri peri sauces and marinades have been developed by Master Chef of Great Britain, Grant Hawthorne.

The recipe is derived from an original Mozambique family archive and has been refined since the mid-1990’s. The sauces and marinades have been developed to give you a flavour of Southern Africa and the heat that it is renowned for, hence the tagline on the bottle: “Feel the African heat”.
